This perk unlocks unique dialogue options with certain characters.
- During Blood Ties, the player can extort 100 caps out of Lucy West after discovering the fate of her parents in Arefu.[1]
- During the same quest, the player can get the password to unlock the area where Ian West is located from Holly.[2]
