Characteristics It provides a Damage Threshold of 1 as well as a bonus of 40 to Radiation Resistance and can be repaired with Great Khan armors or any other light armor with the Jury Rigging perk. It appears to resemble a weathered fancy gambler suit . Notably, it's what gives Jason his glow; removing the outfit causes him to lose the glowing spots.

Notes Ironically it adds 40 to the player's radiation resistance even though Bright is healed by radiation, being a ghoul.
