Sink Project: Jukebox is a holotape in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Old World Blues.
It contains the personality module for the Blind Diode Jefferson, and is part of the All My Friends Have Off Switches quest.

The holotape can be found in Higgs Village's House #108, upstairs by the first room, on the desk.
