Six-Shooter is a perk in J.E. Sawyer's Fallout Role-Playing Game.

You know that your trusty revolvers won't jam like those new-fangled automatic pistols. And hey, if you can't drop someone in six shots (or five), you need to spend more time at the firing range. When using revolvers, you never suffer critical failures, gain +4 to range, and attacks are considered to be +10 for purposes of determining critical hits.
