For two hundred bucks, I can make you a full-fledged Citizen. You'll have free passage through the gate, no hassles. I can print out the papers, register your serial number, and have you on your way in five minutes.”
Background[edit | edit source]
A scrawny young man with darting eyes, Skeev is Wallace's assistant at the Vault City Customs Office. Though one would expect that this position of responsibility would require a loyal, honest bureaucrat, Skeev is the exact opposite. He is a small-time crook, seeking to fill his coffers at the expense of the city. Sometimes, however, he is gracious and doesn't abuse the system, merely delivers Servant candidates to Barkus. Usually poor, mentally handicapped wastelanders he picks up.
Interactions with the player character[edit | edit source]
Interactions overview[edit | edit source]
|This character is a merchant.||Sells: False citizenship papers|
Other Interactions[edit | edit source]
- Skeev sells false citizenship papers for $200 ($150 with Barter 50%), which will get the player inside the city, but won't buy access to the Amenities Office or the Vault.
- The player can then threaten Skeev and extort him for $300.
- Another option is turning Skeev directly to Wallace, though this means losing the papers (with Speech 75%, the player can negotiate to receive a Day pass in return).
- Player characters with less than 4 Intelligence will be delivered by Skeev to Barkus and land in Vault 8.
