The sneak bobblehead is a miscellaneous item in Fallout 4, a Vault-Tec bobblehead. It permanently makes the player character 10% harder to detect.
Location
It can be found in Dunwich Borers, on a small metal table by a lantern, right next to the metal post terminal area #4. This is the area before the project managers area and the deep pool.
