Vault 21, inside Sarah's locked bedroom, between the two beds, on a small circular vault table.

Lockpick of 50 required to open Sarah's locked bedroom or by pickpocketing Sarah's Room Passcard off of her.

Xbox 360 If you pick up this snowglobe, and not give it to Jane, and pick up a few more, this snowglobe will disappear from your inventory, the only known fix is to reload a save prior to picking up the snowglobe. This may happen with other snowglobes (Unconfirmed)
