Sugar Bombs (Fallout 3)
|For an overview of Sugar Bombs in the Fallout series of games, see Sugar Bombs.|
Marketed as having explosive great taste, the Sugar Bombs contain no explosives, but an overabundance of sugar frosting on each of the uniquely shaped wheat cereals, resembling the mini nuke. Served with milk, it made for a breakfast full of carbohydrates and little else. It was marketed at children, with added promotions to increase sales, such as Captain Cosmos decoder rings. Interestingly, the ingredients used in the bombs make them an ingredient for manufacturing high end drugs and a tool for sabotage, as they can cause violent explosions when introduced to rocket fuel mixes.
Sugar Bombs are mildly useful food items found throughout the Capital Wasteland, which provide only a small amount of both health and radiation when consumed. Compared to other food items, Sugar Bombs are somewhat rare, something which factors into the unmarked quest Murphy's Bombing Run.

- Courier: "Come to think of it, sabotage is a great idea."
Chris Haversam: "Then bring me Sugar Bombs. Three boxes should do the trick. Add those to the fuel mixture and "Boom!" Come to think of it, sabotage is a great idea. I'll show those rotten ghouls! And they'll know exactly who did them in!"
