Azkee is the middle-aged Counter (leader) of the Mesa Verde Ciphers in 2253.
Background
Azkee has a shaved head and wears an old pocket calculator around his neck as the symbol of his office. He's a progressive leader and would like to see the Ciphers start using more and more technology to improve their lot in life. He's willing to ally the Ciphers with a technological powerhouse like the Brotherhood of Steel, regardless of the consequences.[1]
