Counting the tombstones

I'll actually go as far as to count all the tombstones in the cemetery, just out of plain boredom. Nothing more. Waran4 22:16, February 24, 2010 (UTC)

  • There's ~743 gravestones in Arlington Cemetery. Waran4 00:21, February 25, 2010 (UTC)

Arlington House

Maybe time to split off Arlington House? Mirar 08:40, 29 November 2008 (UTC)

Can anyone be so kind to expand the description on how to get there, 'cause I can't find it. The flooded metro is huge, and I've searched near Arlington Library (sounds logical to me) but I'm not able to find it there. It would be nice if I found the place, since the Luck bobblehead is unmistakably valuable. Thanks. --Eleh Mhent 20:37, 24 November 2008 (UTC)

Go to the Super-Duper Mart (east of Megaton, northeast of Grayditch). Keep going east until you get to Wilhelm's Wharf. Just south of there is a metro station called "Flooded Metro". In reality it's Arlington/Wasteland Metro and a very long route to Arlington Cemetery.

Thank you!! I was having the same problem as Eleh Mhent but now I've found it ^_^ - WeHeartKatamari 23:58, 10 December 2008 (UTC)

Has anyone ever tried going into the fenced off part of Arlington? I have the 360 version,so maybe someone with the PC version could try.~Anonymous User

There are four graves at Arlington Cemetery having flowers. Each grave has a group of four flowers which are of the Pansy(Viola tricolor)spp. and it was traditional to plant the Pansy on a grave of a fallen loved one to give it some colour. It was also known to be a mysterious flower that bloomed aroung fresh graves and a Pansy thrives on bare soil. It is possible, but not known, if these four graves hold some meaning to the Game programmers that made then put the Pansy`s where they did. If you want to locate these graves, stand at the east door of Arlington house nd the graves are located. NE 24 and 31 paces out. E 32 paces out and SE 69 paces out. There are no other flowers in the cemetery.Three are on one hill and the other is to one side quite a way back so the relative locations to the house might have some significance. A Pansy is an easily grown, cool weather flower unsuited to hot climates. --ThousandHoursFalloutThreeUK 06:20, 28 June 2009 (UTC)

Fresh burials perhaps? Maybe the Brotherhood uses Arlington much the same way it was used pre-war, and is used in real life? The article on Reilly mentions she used it for that as well, so it stands to reason the Brotherhood would as well. Perhaps even the Enclave would, too, seeing as they're direct descendants of the US Government as well. TestECull 02:27, April 20, 2010 (UTC)

Removed "flooded metro"

I've removed the reference to Arlington/Wasteland Metro as "Flooded Metro" on the grounds that it's downright confusing. (original message on the Arlington/Wasteland Metro's talk page), If anyone disagrees than feel free to say so here and revert my edit. Shit, didn't realize there were two flooded metros, is that just confusing or what? (reverted, my bad) Techercizer (say hi) (pwnage) 00:09, 19 February 2009 (UTC)

Lists of the Dead

People keep editing this article to list all the people that are buried in real-world Arlington Cemetary, and it's bullshit; we aren't wikipedia. I'm linking this article to its' wikipedian counterpart so that people have somewhere else to spam their lists of the dead. Techercizer (say hi) (pwnage) 22:41, 20 March 2009 (UTC)

Enemies on the way and in the Cemetery? (X360)

After I finish up Operation: Anchorage and do my usual trading, I'm planning on traveling to the Arlington Cemetery to collect the bounty on Junders Plunkett. The thing is, I recently and accidentally purchased Charon for the full 2,000 caps rather than just taking out Gretta. I don't feel like losing him and want to know how difficult the path is to the Arlington Cemetery and what types/how many enemies occupy the actual cemetery. Thanks. OPM 15:25, 12 August 2009 (UTC)

None in the cemetery but Junder plunkett spawns in the arlington house.Chineese remenants spawn in mama dolces. The metro is the usual ghouls if you go through marigold there will be some fire ants if you haven't killed them yet. Gameboy627 15:31, 12 August 2009 (UTC)Gameboy627

Okay, thanks. Charon should be able to handle that. Then again, he's killed himself via Frag Mines every time I've had him before. :/ OPM 18:07, 12 August 2009 (UTC)

Behind the fence

I was playing fo3 last night on my 360 and i got an idea to walk on the side of the fence that borders the cemetery. As i was looking at all of the buildings i could not get to(including the church)and i saw the Citadel! Or at least in looked like it. I checked the world map on the pip-boy and i was nowhere near the citadel. Maybe someone with a pc and the G.E.C.K. could look into this.Leea 11:44, 15 August 2009 (UTC)

I noticed the same thing, it has the same defender balcony's which the citadel has. A non-enterable base of some other wasteland force (downton enclave base?) would not be very likely I guess. Heineheine 08:34, January 24, 2010 (UTC)
