I did a bit of working, and from what I can tell, it is technically possible to achieve 100% AC, which should class as invincibility, right? Admittedly this state could only be achieved with a character with 10 AG, 300% Unarmed and some Advanced Power Armour Mk II, not moving a step every turn, but heck, it's possible.

Here's what I worked out.

Agility bonus + Advanced Power Armour Mk II + 2 Ranks in Dodger + HtH Evade @ 300% + HtH Evade w/ 10 AP

10 + 35 + 10 + 25 + 20 = 100

Although, thinking of it, it may be possible to have >100% chance to hit.... Simply that the cap is 95%. So wheras a character can statistically have a 180% chance to hit a target ( Rifle at 20 hexes with 150% small guns aiming at chest, etc. ) with 100 AC would simply have that chance reduced to 80%. I figure it's worth a shot at, anyway.

There's only one rank of Dodger in FO2, so you could only reach 99, even with 12 action points. But you're right, people can have more than a 100% chance to hit. All armor class does is subtract your armor class from their chance to hit. If you have an armor class of 30, and they have a 150% chance to hit, they would still have a 120% chance to hit. --Macros 21:32, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
Still, makes you wonder. This could easily render you invincible to the majority of enemies in the game, I would think. I can't imagine anything short of a boss having over 100% chance to hit.
