Vault City designer notes[]

Here: Chris would like to thank the following people who helped during the production of Fallout 2: ... Chris Wright. Who is the real Christopher Wright? --ExplorerSmaily (talk) 21:54, November 28, 2019 (UTC)

Lieutenant, Skipper, Capo...[]

He isn't called either of those in the game, so why do we need to slap a mafia role onto him now?

A caporegime or capodecina, usually shortened to capo or informally referred to as "captain", is a rank used in the Mafia (both the Sicilian Mafia and Italian-American Mafia) for a made member of an Italian crime family who heads a "crew" of soldiers and has major social status and influence in the organization.

Chris is never seen leading anyone, and given how his dad talks shit about him all day long, I honestly doubt that he has any sort of social status or influence within the family. Not to mention that Wright doesn't sound Italian-American at all.

At the end of the day, all proposed terms are speculation, as we don't have any specific info on how the inner workings of the family function, other than the unsourced statement on Orville's article - "As the crime family follows a traditional, patriarchal model (at least officially)..." - which is super weak and sounds very much made-up.

So how about we stick with what we know (that Chris is one of Orville's sons) and leave any fancy, but probably made-up titles at the door?
