Ambassador Crocker is no where to be found. He gave me the first quest about the king and I killed him, I left for an hour and came back to do another quest and he is gone and no where to be found! I checked everywhere in the embassy. Please help! - iGodzilla x

I have the same problem please help!!!!!

Why bother?

4/5 of the playthroughs I've done, he's not appeared. Why did you make trophies for almost uncompletable quests? It's almost like you don't learn from your mistakes >.> UraniYum 03:10, November 29, 2010 (UTC)

Ditto. I guess it wouldn't be a Bethesda game if it didn't have these ever-so-endearing quest-crippling bugs.

Making Crocker Appear.

Using the console command Prid 00116840 (targets crocker in console by referencing his ID) then type "disable" then enter, then type "enable" and hit enter again, while standing in his office. this will make him appear but i still cannot open dialogue with him regarding the note he had delivered to me... so i'm not sure how much good this does =\ 00:06, December 14, 2010 (UTC)

2 things: name and bug?

Is it possible that his name is a reference to Ryan Crocker, the US Ambassador to Iraq until 2009. I don't have much to base this on except that they share the same last name when i googled Ambassador Crocker to find this page.

I did notice some similarities though

Ryan Crocker has been in politics since his early 20's, and Dennis Crocker tells how he too has been in politics all his life.

Ryan Crocker was the Ambassador to hazardous, unsettled societies in Pakistan, Lebanon, Kuwait, Syria and Iraq, much like Dennis Crocker and the Independently governed New Vegas.

Also, they both relish their occupations even though they know the hardships associated with them and the fact that their position is generally seen as an undesirable job.

I don't know, I'm just guessing and adding to the discussion.

also, I have been idolized with the NCR since the get go, but when I first talked to Crocker, he kept mentioning how I was paredened for my crimes and how the reason I was chosen wasn't because I was desireable with the NCR or something like that. Is that just scripted dialogue or is that a bug my game has?

He can't find his ass

Try looking in his chair. It should be there. Kastera (talk) 17:13, June 2, 2011 (UTC)
