It's classed as misc., How does one use this item? 74.77.132.100 00:20, March 10, 2011 (UTC)

its passive, dummy

To whoever was so crass that they could not also sign their name above, the use in question, sir, is in its visible application. I have had it in my inventory, sir, and it observably produced no change in canine behavior. Perhaps you might care to explain how it's implemented via the GECK, or provide a USEFUL response in any case. 74.77.132.100 00:54, April 20, 2011 (UTC)

It is most likely from a cut quest; my guesses are an extra step to Rex's quest or a way to distract Legion/NCR/Fiend dogs. You're all welcome. --Valoopy sig.jpg Valoopy 00:06, May 16, 2011 (UTC)

Going to second that it has no effect on any dogs anywhere in the wasteland, having lugged it around with me now for 3 playthroughs and seeing no change in the behavior of any canines anywhere in the game, including NCR/Legion dogs, coyotes, aggressive wild dogs, passive wild dogs in Honest Hearts, or Rex. It's just 1 lb of dead weight. BeatrixRussell 07:02, May 29, 2011 (UTC)
