Ralphie note[edit source]
Can anybody confirm the third note stating that the eyebot on the cover of All Roads is Ralphie? It probably is not considering that Ralphie was apparently a pre-war film and the cover of All Roads depicts a scene in post-war Vegas. -The Polar Bear lives 19:59, August 14, 2011 (UTC)
- I couldn't find anything suggesting that it is Ralphie, and if you compare the two images you'll see that the sides of the two eyebots don't even look similar. As such, I removed the note saying that it's Ralphie who appears on the AR cover. --IsaacSin 03:31, August 21, 2011 (UTC)
thanks I just wanted it to be noticed and was expecting a little feedback before anything was done. -The Polar Bear lives 03:44, August 21, 2011 (UTC)
Cut Content?[edit source]
Err ... why are the Medical and Repair Eyebots under cut content as they support Ulysses during the fight by healing him and repairing his gear (and I assume the player as well in case you managed to talk him out, even if I did not notice it)?
ED-E Lonesome Road info wrong on multiple pages[edit source]
The eyebot in Lonesome Road (LR-ED-E, or Eyebot duraframe subject E clone) was manufactured after the one the Courier brought from Navarro. Ulysses states as much. It also downloaded data from the eyebot which Whitley of the east coast Enclave sent to Navarro, but only made it to Primm (EC-ED-E, or Eyebot duraframe subject E). This is indicated quite clearly in many places including dialogue with LR-ED-E. Yet various articles don't get all these details right, or as this article does--excludes them.
This article states that LR-ED-E is a clone of the 'original ED-E', but that's a reference to EC-ED-E and not the Navarro eyebot whose scan it was manufactured from.
The ED-E (Lonesome Road) page says... "The Courier can decipher the beeps and garble and realizes that the silo has "pretty advanced engineering capabilities" since it was able to remote-scan ED-E as it passed through The Divide and create copies to maintain the facility." First, the Courier is guessing based on limited info/memory. Second, the dialogue doesn't indicate EC-ED-E, which is the eyebot being mentioned, ever passed through the Divide because they didn't. They made it as far west as Primm. The Divide is west of there in death valley as Joshua Graham indicates in dialogue (among other cues). Hence the phrase "remote-scan".
The Divide article references the EC-ED-E as having passed through the Divide on its way to Navarro. I changed that to 'near the Divide', but it still contains other errors and I don't want to overstep my bounds.
I think it would help clear up the confusion if there was a page, or at least an entry on this page for the Navarro eyebot. Which admittedly plays an important role in the story, so it seems fairly appropriate to me. 22.214.171.124 02:23, 18 April 2017 (UTC)
