Likes taking walks?
(PS3)I went to talk to Hanlon and he gives the "come back when I'm not occupied" speech. So I wait a couple hours, I go outside to the balcony and he isn't there. For some reason he walked to near Quarry Juntion, I fasted travled there tried to talk to him and give me the same BS. Then I had to wait another 12 hours to talk to him again. Reminds me of...
I Don't know if this is just me but Hanlon really reminds me of Jeff Bridges The Voice actor has a real similar voice and the beard is similar too.

Tried to talk to him in the hotel, he said only on the balcony, used the wait function, he went to black mountain.
