If you modify the device you can have it heal you fully...and it's followed by the statement that the archway has "Completely Healed" you.--DashMan54 15:51, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
Yes, but you can only use it for a few uses before it fizzles out. Nitty 15:56, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
Very true, if you actually need to use it that many times. Added to the article, and the remaining info needs to be altered to reflect the inaccuracy of the original note. Also, can we get an exact number of uses before it goes all fizzly? --DashMan54 15:58, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
whoopsy, yeah, I forgot half the info when creating this page. Added the 3 uses before burn down info, I'll do some more "testing" to see if all the data provided is indeed acurate Brumisator 16:06, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
Also, what level of science is "high enough"? Might take longer to figure out, but if a player with a very low science skill tries it maybe it will give a message similar to "XX level science required" like in other situations in the wastes? --DashMan54 16:12, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
Good point dashman, I fiddeld with the console, and found the answer.
I think that they can also cure addictions, I got addicted to Med-X but never experienced ill effects after it wore off. --Charlie99993 11:52, 6 August 2009 (UTC)
Did it still show up in your "effects" tab on the status menu? Otherwise, next time I'm gonna be rip'n through aliens while high as a kite. --DashMan54 13:04, 6 August 2009 (UTC)
I found that even though I was at half of my health (223/570), I couldn't use the archways. And I have 100 Science and cannot modify them.
The archways stopped working for some reason after I leveled up. Now nothing happens at all when I walk through them, nor does pressing A do anything at all. (XBOX 360)
