I think that the hologram emitter doesn't need to be merge. Only the holograms in the Sierra Madre used hologram emitters, not all hologram technology. In addition, healing archway have also its own page like all important world objects. Itachou [~talk~] 22:58, August 7, 2011 (UTC)

Since I haven't played the other games mentioned, I was wondering whether hologram technology in other games uses the emitters. I guess I need to remove the references to the other games, then.
Also, although I created the page, I have no opinion on whether to merge it or not, as long as an image of the emitter is shown somewhere. The first time I saw one, in the Clinic, I had no idea what it was. It looked like one of those lights you buy at WalMart and stick on the wall in your closet. Percentages and FO:NV

Itachou, I understand that you'd like things to be in percentages because the first two games ran on them and even FO3 had *some* percentage work (as with the speech checks), but the fact of the matter is that Fallout: New Vegas does not have any such thing. You don't have a percentage chance to do something, you either have the skill rated high enough or you don't and that's what's got to be there. -- The Arcadian Rook(talk)User blog: Arcadian Rook|(Needs More Battle Cattle) 02:14, August 10, 2011 (UTC)

Well, you also forget Fallout Tactics ;). Anyway, the percentage show your competence in the skill, no the chance to do anything. Sorry but you talk about something that you didn't know. Itachou [~talk~] 13:28, August 10, 2011 (UTC)

Where is an emitter attached to the floor? I know there's one attached to a beam in the casino, but I'm curious about the floor one. -LawdyMissMaudy 03:36, August 13, 2011 (UTC)

The Hologram right in front of the room with the electrical box has its emitter placed behind the archway on the ground to the right as you're heading toward the room. Opposite the tellers in the Sierra Madre Casino. User:Great_MaraUser talk:Great_Mara 03:38, August 13, 2011 (UTC)
Thank you, wow you're quick. -LawdyMissMaudy 03:39, August 13, 2011 (UTC)
I always remember that emitter quite well, I'm always jumping off of the beams and doing suicide runs to break it before the Hologram kills me. >_>; User:Great_MaraUser talk:Great_Mara 03:44, August 13, 2011 (UTC)
I never could destroy the emitter on the beam, I just reprogrammed the hologram instead. I put mention of both these emitters in the Notes section as they are the only exceptions to wall-mounted emitters that I am aware of. -LawdyMissMaudy 03:48, August 13, 2011 (UTC)
In the area in the Sierra Madre vault there's also that one on the roof of that building to the left as you reach the area with the Holograms, and one on a beam to the right of the area, but those are the only two that come to mind that aren't placed on a wall in that area. Now that I think about it, there was at least one on the floor in The Tampico where you confront Dean, I think it was on the floor behind a couch.
