I went to Camp Forlorn Hope after I had just completed "They Went That-a-Way" in Boulder City and he was nowhere to be found.

Is this a bug or do I have to play the mainquest for a bit longer until he appears? 20:59, November 11, 2010 (UTC)

i got the mision we are legion and i saw on my pip-boy that he was at old lady gipsons scrapyard and then when i came he got kiled by 2 young casadores maby that happend to you (its yousful in we are legion)

murisuji says: Polatli is a common turkish surname.. that's why probably one would assume that he might have turkish heritage but on the other his first name is joseph not -jusuf- .. maybe he is from a non muslim turkish family (btw- yes, that is possible) who decided at some point in time to change their family name.
