Its suposed to simulate that he's singing along with the music playing in the building.

Phish Reference?[]
In the band Phish's CD "Vegas '96" the band tells a story of a kid Jimmy going through the desert to Las Vegas. When he's on the shady looking outskirts of Las Vegas he runs into a gang of Elvis impersonators who stop him. Sound familiar? I might just be over analyzing because of my love for both Phish and this game. Also this might not be as much of a blatant reference as an inspiration. What do you think?
