1.4 patch problems?[]

Has anyone else had him inexplicably turn hostile after completing Boulder City Showdown?

I went in, completed the forementioned quest by peacefully negotiating the release of the great khans. I talk to Colonel Moore, get him to not attack the great khans, then as I'm headed to the bar I'm suddenly attacked by Kowalski, right out of the blue, with no apparent explanation! My partners (Boone and ED-E) attack in kind and I gain NCR infamy :(

I tried console-killing him, disabling him, and resurrecting him. No matter what he seems dead set on seeing me dead. Or at least forcing me to kill him in self defense and besmirching my good NCR name. Finally I got him to stop when I resurrected him at point blank range and talked to him before he turned hostile. He bitched at me about shooting at the memorial (The heck? I didn't even touch it!) And I got him to stop by passing the speech check.

Tried reloading an earlier save, same thing happens. Solve boulder city, Kowalski attacks from nowhere. Console kill and resurrect close and he bitches about shooting the memorial)

I've never had this problem untill the recent patch. Anyone else have it or is it just me? --Rylasasin 20:41, July 11, 2011 (UTC)

-I was also having this issue, I just loaded an earlier save and talked to him (and Ike in the saloon) before solving boulder city. They weren't hostile after that. --99.184.53.112 20:50, July 14, 2011 (UTC)

I entered the New Vegas medical clinic and suddenly Kowalski shows up behind me and tells me I'm desecrating the memorial. I hadn't been to Boulder City in days and never have I shot the memorial. 91.156.224.154 12:50, April 15, 2015 (UTC)
