The Repair and Medical Eyebots[edit source]

The Repair and Medical Eyebots are currently marked as cut content on the front page. However, they appear in the final battle with the Marked Men at Ulysses' Temple, at least on my level 30 character. I did not fight Ulysses, and convinced him with a Speech check of 90. I also abandoned ED-E and had him fully upgraded. I believe they appear to support Ulysses when he fights side-by-side with you.

I agree, they apear.
I had ED-E fully upgraded and with me, at first the two other eyebots seemed friendly and fought on my side with Ulysses against the attacking Blood Men (?). Then after a while and some explosions (i think Ulysses Plasma grenades) they turned hostile. Good thing i had a stealthboy active and my trusty Material rifle at hand...
Also to the left and right of the Ramp are consoles that have something to do with the eyebots but everytime i tried to access them (begore and after the battle) they where without function. --Loonix 20:33, September 22, 2011 (UTC)

Perks for Lonesome Road[edit source]

Lonesome Road perks available at level up:

Walker Instinct, Level 18, Survival 50 Ranks: 1

Your senses have become so keen that you can feel the slightest vibration in the ground. You gain a +1 perception and agility attributes while outside.


Irradiated Beauty, Level 22, End 8 Ranks: 1

Any time you sleep, you remove all of your rads in addition to regaining all of your health. (In Hardcore Mode, you still don't regain health, but you lose 100 rads)


Voracious Reader, Level 22, Int 7 Ranks: 1

You don't just read books, you tear into them. Damaged books you pick up become blank magazines, which you can use to copy your existing skill magazines at a workbench (or convert blank magazines back to books).


Lessons Learned, Level 26, Int 6 Ranks: 1

The wasteland has taught you some hard lessons, but you've remembered them all. You gain a +1% to earned experience per level gained. (For example, +25% experience at level 25)


Tunnel Runner, Level 26, AGL 8 Ranks: 1

The warrens of the divide have taught you to keep your head down. Your movement speed is greatly increased while sneaking in light armor.


Roughin' It, Level 28, Survival 100 Ranks: 1

You're more at home under the open stars than under a roof. Any time you sleep outside, you gain the benefits of being Well Rested, even if you don't own the bed.

Burden to Bear, Level 30, STR 6, END 6 Ranks: 1

The wastelander with the most gear wins! (...Or at least survives.) You can carray an additional 50 pounds of gear (stacks with strong back perk).


Broad Daylight, Level 36 Ranks: 1

You're so sneaky that you can sneak even with your pip-boy light on! Any time the pip-boy light is on, you gain a sneak bonus to offset the light's sneak penalty.


Certified Tech, Level 40 Ranks: 1

Your knowledge of robotic components allows you to break them more easily and salvage their mechanical corpses. You have a +25% chance to score critical hits against robots, and you'll also find more useful components on robots you destroy.


Ain't Like That Now, Level 50 Ranks: 1

Maybe you were bad once, but you ain't like that now. Your Karma has been reset to 0, you regenerate AP 25% faster, and your attack speed is increased by 20%. You are also immune to critical hits. (Requires bad karma)


Just Lucky I'm Alive, Level 50 Ranks: 1

You've had lots of close calls. Whenever you finish a fight with less than 25% health, your Luck increases by +4 for 3 minutes. You are also immune to critical hits, and your own critical hits inflict +50% damage. (Requires Neutral Karma)


Thought You Died, Level 50 Ranks: 1

Your storied past has fallen from memory 'cause everyone thought you died. Your karma is reset, you inflict +10% damage, and for every 100 points of karma, you gain 10 health. You are also immune to critical hits. (Requires good Karma)

What flag do you follow?[edit source]

This is something that needs to be elaborated on osmewhere in the wiki. what does the game use to decide which flag you follow? what reputation or quest triggers are used? say you have a good reputation with NCR AND Caesar for example how does it handle this? i got mine based on which was higher even though you can be idolized by both since i did so much with the ncr thats what duster i got (even though i also nuked them) i was thinking about going for one of the other ones but couldn't find any info on how you can influence which one you would recieve.

NUKA COLA QUANTUM?[edit source]

I found a bottle of Nuka Cola quantum (same stats as fallout 3) in a shipping crate behind the Gas station across from the Women's Barracks. Can someone confirm?

That is the only location (apart from a cut location that is legacy content from FO3). It don't surprise me that they only added one, they did the same with a box of ammo as well (but was changed in an update to add more occurrences). It just maybe a simple nod to things like the banner that are seen in the Mojave, but no one has ever found a bottle until now. User:AvatarUser talk:Avatar 20:21, September 24, 2011 (UTC)

Removed from article[edit source]

Posted in bugs section: " Downloading the add-on on the PlayStation 3 will corrupt all other Fallout: New Vegas add-ons, and remove all add-on items from the game. The only remedy for this is to reinstall the add-ons and re-earn the items." I removed this because, as a PS3 owner myself, can prove this is false. DLed Lonesome Road, loaded up FNV, appeared in the Sink and all DLC items were still there. If someone can prove that this has happened with some or most PS3 owners and isn't just a one-off, by all means add it back to the article. IiStEaLXx 00:47, September 22, 2011 (UTC)

How would this "bug" even be possible though? My Playstation Store doesn't even offer different DLC versions of the Add-Ons beyond the ones which match the serial number on the FO:NV case I have(the BLUS 30626 French/English one). Plus there's a notice written in bold letters in the product description asking us to make certain the serial/version number matches before purchasing and downloading. Why are Blade, Blister, Beast and Bonesaw Characters?[edit source]

They have no dialog and have no real significance besides being tougher marked men with unique helmets. Shouldn't they just be under creatures? --71.55.138.194 20:09, September 22, 2011 (UTC)

Because they are named, see the named Fiends that are also hostile, also being under creatures would be plain wrong, in fact Marked Men being creatures is in fact wrong as they are NPCs in the GECK (MarkedManGhoul) that seems to indicate they are a special version of Ghoulification.

Ulysses' Colored Flag Markers[edit source]

They were seen in Old World Blues. They are more prevalent in Lonesome Road. Red, White and Blue Markers that are the Stars with Stripes going down. Ulysses makes reference to decoding what they mean. This needs verification.

Red: Radiation hazard.

White: Quest related entrance.

Blue: Notable Stash.

Due to the mobility of Marked Men and other creatures, the flag markings do not provide an indication for that type of danger.

I've found areas with blue painted flags, that had enemies behind their doors. Well considering a lot of the Divide is irradiated and also marked men tend to gather around radiation, it isn't a surprise that these locations are radioactive. But the above person is correct, red means danger, whether it be creatures or radiation. And blue is notable loot (ED-E upgrades, Ulysses tapes or just good loot), even if it also contains danger. Don't look for any markings in Couriers Mile. No Red due to the whole area is extremely irradiated. No White due to the area having nothing to do with the main quest. I did not see any Blue near where there was stash. My suspicion is that Ulysses would obviously not have gone into Couriers Mile before or after the ICBM exploded. --Bartlmay 09:05, September 24, 2011 (UTC)

No real need to do that, the Skill Book articles lists their location and the articles for the locations where they are found lists them in their notable loot section. None of the other DLC articles mention skill books unless it's a special case like OWB skill book recipes. Dr. Lobotomy 04:35, September 24, 2011 (UTC)

Relaese in Eastern Europe[edit source]

Hello, I just want to ask if anyone know WHEN LR will be released in Eastern Europe. My steam seems to have only 3 previous DLC, AFAIK the same situation is in Russia, Czech Rep, Slovakia Hungary and Poland.

When can we expect Lonesome Road and Gun Runner's?

And the other question - can anyone share a link to UK steam profile of Lonesome Road - maybe if I get direct link I could buy and download it.

Pip Boy Menu Brightness[edit source]

I'm playing on PS3 and in some areas, the pip boy menu gets so dim that my eyes are getting sore trying to read it. Does anyone else have this happen? Gary 42 19:15, September 30, 2011 (UTC)

USSR reference[edit source]

Somewhere late in de add-on there is a terminal in a water treatment plant (?), which says something about commies/reds from the kremlin (russia). Is this a mistake or was the USSR an enemy to the USA? 84.106.11.87 20:00, October 8, 2011 (UTC)

The USSR still existed in 2077, but it wasn't allied with China (much like in real life I imagine) and appeared to be on at least neutral terms with the US (in Fallout one of the preset characaters is a decendant of the USSR's ambassador to the US). Though Fallout 3 put across the macarthiest idealogy of hating evertyhing Communist, having the USSR as an ally is kind of at odds with this. ~Wyrmalla

Hardcore Mode exploit?[edit source]

I'm playing Hardcore Mode for the Achievement, and I dipped into Lonesome Road a couple of times. First, for a Roughin' It! Bedroll Kit, and then to offload some loot at the Commissary. After going in and out several times, all three of my meters are stuck at 0. Somehow, the DLC has glitched my meters so that they don't increase at all. I'm currently undecided between downing something to get the meters working again, or leaving them be so I can slam through this play-through. Still, I thought I'd mention this so that someone can figure out what's going on and add it to the page. Swk3000 22:25, October 11, 2011 (UTC)

EDIT: Well, my Food and Water Gauges are now increasing normally, and I still haven't downed anything. Apparently entering the DLC screws with the rates, so they don't increase for a while. Which means this is no different than what happens with Dead Money. Swk3000 22:33, October 11, 2011 (UTC)

Voice Acting[edit source]

Having just finished Lonesome Road, I gotta say I really liked it as a conclusion. Thought it was a bit easy (though after Dead Money everything was a walk in the park) but what really annoyed me was Ulysses' voice acting. If you didn't hate the guy for his apparent madness, you'd do because of the way he f**king drags....every....single....word.... not to mention the awkward pauses in the middle of sentences. Lonesome Road lists Gun Runner achievements?[edit source]

I downloaded Lonesome Road the day it came out and I haven't got around to playing it since I have a backlog of games I needed to finish. When I finally fired it up and checked out the achievements, I noticed that the Gun Runners achievements were also listed. Now I'm confused. Heh. Does anybody know why this would be?

it just updated your game, i don't see what the problem is? all achievements will show up unless you're offline and the game has no way to update. you don't have to have a dlc for the achievements to be listed.--64.126.90.132 13:13, October 25, 2011 (UTC)

Problem with trailer video?[edit source]

I tried to watch the Lonesome Road trailer and it was just a quick walkthrough of Old World Blues. I fast-forwarded from the point where he had a detonator in his hand to the end. It ended with him dead, (I assume he blew himself up because it was in the Sink) then when I tried to rewatch it to see what happened it wouldn't load. It's never shown back up, happened to anyone else?

KOTOR 2[edit source]

In Knights of the Old Republic 2, also developed by Obsidian, there is a round floating robot that sounds like Ulysses and cryptically gives you grief for accidentally causing mass destruction. Really reminds me of ED-E. Different voice actors, but thought this was an interesting similarity between the games.173.174.122.187 21:33, 21 March 2013 (UTC)
