Appearing in-game[]

Does she even really appear in the game? I haven't seen her anywhere at the GNR building.

I don't know about you, I hear "Martha", not "Margaret". --Voidvector 17:41, 14 November 2008 (UTC)

Margaret the technician doesn't exist in the game as an NPC. Sounds a lot like Agatha, though. Maybe that's her on-air pseudonym, to keep assholes from killing her. Try killing Agatha and see if Margaret still speaks? --97.81.77.13 22:43, 12 January 2009 (UTC)

Not supprising since both have the same voice actor 97.81

I have the same issue too I hear Martha not Margaret burt if you listen carefully you might hear it out.

How do we know she's Human? And not a Ghoul? Or Super Mutant? Or an AI programmed to run the studio?

If She Was A Ghoul Or Super Mutie or Ghoul She Would Sound Different

Not necessarily, Moira Brown sounds the same as a human and a ghoul.
Moira is a a bit of a special case though. From an in-game standpoint I've always chalked up her still sounding normal to the fact that she has only been a ghoul for a short time compared to most ghouls you interact with. It could just be her vocal cords haven't rotted yet :) The Krypt Angel (talk) 16:38, July 31, 2012 (UTC)

Not here?[]

i killed Three Dog but she didnt come on now i hear music and Three dog just keeps repeating that grayditch is quiet(even though i finished 'Those!') God damn ghouls 21:25, May 7, 2010 (UTC)

Idiotic religious speculation[]

I may be stoned dead wrong, but i think her name might be a reference to "Are you there, God? It's me, Margaret." Since, you know, dog spelled backwards is god, and three might refer to the holy trinity.

Ray Stevens[]

If anything it's a Ray Stevens reference. Hehe. Mictlantecuhtli 16:44, August 16, 2010 (UTC)

Image[]

Wait... there is no image of her in the GECK? Energy X 16:25, July 9, 2013 (UTC)

No, there ain't. Image is taken from the guide. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 17:03, July 9, 2013 (UTC)
This raises a question. Are those images valid enough? The writers might have made them up, in addition to other errors. Energy X 00:12, July 10, 2013 (UTC)
As far as I know, the guide is a valid source of information, and even if it may not be the most accurate in terms of images, the image on this page is clearly labeled as coming from the guide, so it's known that this is not their in-game/intended appearance; instead, its from the guide. 69.l25 (talk) 00:46, July 10, 2013 (UTC)
Guides are semi-canon at best, since the game content is contracted out to second-parties for them to write out guides before the games themselves are finished being developed. For instance, the New Vegas guide states that Dinner Bell is found at the Nuclear Test Site, instead of where it's really found; as a quest-reward from Red Lucy. I don't consider any images taken from the guide as canon, but merely as placeholders. ForGaroux Some Assembly Required! 01:00, July 10, 2013 (UTC)
That's my point. We know it's from the guide not the game, and it's not like we can get a better image for a character that doesn't appear in-game. 69.125.134.190 01:02, July 10, 2013 (UTC)
Just reiterating. The placeholder image should be fine. Let's just not use that semi/non-canon placeholder to determine other information. Just had to remove that she's a human African American. ForGaroux Some Assembly Required! 01:04, July 10, 2013 (UTC)
There's no way in hell that voice fits the young african american woman that's depicted on this page, but then again Bethesda's made dumber voice acting choices (see Red.)Theopheus (talk) 11:24, April 20, 2014 (UTC)

It's just basically that lady from Megaton with Agatha's voice. Why?-Boba fett 32 (talk) 16:20, January 14, 2015 (UTC)
