Karma Hit For Killing Them

I ran into a Wastelander who told me all about the Oasis, the ceremony and drinking the sap, and then he promptly died. I went there, they wanted me to drink the (what would apparently have been) poison, and so I killed them. I took a Karma hit for killing the crazy-tree-loving-wastelander-poisoning-hippies, and that's crazy.

Maybe it's because they didn't force you to drink? They just kind of said that if you want to meet Harold, you drink, if you don't want to, you don't have to.

Possible Mistake?

After learning his history, the player character is given the option of either burning him to death, increasing his fertility, or slowing it down.

I don't remember ever having to burn him to death. I think this is supposed to say that you can destroy his heart. 99.183.240.228 07:50, July 6, 2011 (UTC)

Nope, you can burn him too. But he doesn't mention it himself. Burning him gives Bad Karma and turns the people of Oasis hostile. To learn about his fear of fire you have to pass a check with the kid, IIRC. User:Great_MaraUser talk:Great_Mara 07:52, July 6, 2011 (UTC)
Oh, I didn't know that... It still doesn't mention destroying his heart though, right? 99.183.240.228 07:53, July 6, 2011 (UTC)
Yes it is very clear that you must destroy his heart in the dialogue. GlassDeviant 03:24, July 14, 2011 (UTC)

Error in notes

The notes section claims that this is the only place you find Mirelurk eggs hanging from the ceiling. This is incorrect, there are several underground locations including at least one subway section with Mirelurk eggs hanging from the ceiling. GlassDeviant 03:26, July 14, 2011 (UTC)
