Target area[]

It is not clear what is meant by the "target area". Is this a specific area, or anyplace convenient? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.1.90.121 (talkcontribs). Please sign your posts with ~~~~!

The target area is marked with an HUD icon and map marker. Great Mara (talk) 23:07, December 15, 2015 (UTC)
No, seriously, that's not a dumb question. How the heck are you supposed to find the "target area" when:
    • You can't see objective pins when you are in the workshop mode.
    • When outside of the workshop mode, the only pin is on the workshop itself.
    • You can't access the map when in workshop mode.
    • You can't even see the "radar" or "compass" when in workshop mode.
I just tried placing artillery in all 5 of the artillery pots at the Castle, and still the quest doesn't progress. Not everybody can play a YouTube video to see what to do either, some have very limited Internet. Fortunately, I can watch a few short videos on my connection, so that's what I will do to solve this conundrum. HalloweenWeed (talk) 23:27, March 1, 2016 (UTC)
But you can build the artillery wherever, it doesn't need to be in a specific spot. Paladin117>>iff bored; 23:30, March 1, 2016 (UTC)
Oh heck, I just need to assign a "settler" to an artillery! Doh. HalloweenWeed (talk) 23:32, March 1, 2016 (UTC)

Moving Companions[]

Article states that companions should be moved to the castle via the workshop 'move' command. However this only worked for MacCready. Other companions such as Curie, Codsworth, Preston Garvey and Piper cannot be moved in such a way. You must hire them as a new companion and dismiss them to send them to a new location.
