In the Official Collector's Edition Game Guide pg. 185, if you side with the NCR, it say's, "Out in the hangar, Moreno has already tooled up in Remnant Power Armor for the battle ahead, although he isn't fighting for the NCR; he's ready to face you down!" You can: Pass an 80 Speech Check, "Tell him the team will show NCR how it's done. Amazingly, this works. Although Moreno won't be a part of the battle, he does back off, allowing you to use his Power Armor & his keycard." I've sided with the NCR, passed the Speech Check, & Moreno DOES show up at Hoover Dam... The only wierd thing that HAS happened with For Auld Lang Syne is when I convince Arcade to fight with the Remnants at Hoover Dam wearing Tesla Armor, he never shows up, i've done this three times already & he never shows up...

i've noticed that there is no information about his unique explorer's gear. the link actually goes to the Fo3 page. i reverse pickpocketed the outfit from him using combat armor but had to also use a stealth boy as i could never hide from him. other than that there were no issues.
