I have not seen Phillipe throughout my entire playthrough of Fallout NV. I got through ''Beyond the Beef'' without seeing or hearing about him, and I've searched through his entire kitchen several times without seeing him. The only time I've ever heard him even being mentioned is by those cooks with flamers grilling those brahmin. Is this a bug, or is Phillipe not supposed to show up without me needing to do something first? Btw I have idolised reputation with the White Gloves and he is still nowhere to be seen - help please? --[[User:Supersoviet8055|Supersoviet8055]] 14:20, May 23, 2011 (UTC)

It says in bugs that he sometimes never shows up. I have not seen him and just completed BtB. I used the "repair" reply when challenged by the waiter on my first trip down into the kitchen from The Gourmand just to look around after I first met Mr. House, and then got banned there for winning too much. I have not entered from the White Glove side, they attack me every time I go in. [[Special:Contributions/99.58.72.188|99.58.72.188]] 02:06, September 1, 2011 (UTC)

Relations with the outside

The Slaver's Guild is generally hated by everyone in New California. Most people refuse to deal with slavers, calling them the scum of the earth. Others, such as the Mordino family in New Reno, welcome the business provided by the Slaver's Guild. The Slaver's Guild has only one official base outside of The Den, the slave pens in the New California Republic Bazaar, lead by Vortis. The NCR Rangers shoot slavers on sight, making slavers in the southern part of New California a rare sight.

Interactions with the player character

The Slaver's Guild is a potential faction for the Chosen One to join in Fallout 2. The player can then go on slave runs for some quick caps. However, in doing so, the player will be locked out of a number of quests, and will become an enemy of the New California Republic Rangers.
