Provisioner Question

Are Provisioners invincible unless they're hit by the Player's fire? Please tell me they're invincible. With the light from my soul and the innocence I have, silentobserver01 - talk 06:55, March 7, 2016 (UTC)

Some Provisioners aren't renamed.

So I was messing around with my supply lines trying to remove a few by moving settlers around, and I noticed that some unnamed settlers are not renamed to "Provisioner", they cannot be assigned to move to another settlement (without the console), and they also have RefIDs that start with "00", as opposed to the expected "ff" (indicating that they seem to always exist, the first one I checked in particular was 9b1e8). Is there something that sets these guys apart from the average settler? Schiffy (T|C) 03:35, January 18, 2019 (UTC)
