I have played through FOT many times, and I never, ever, ever, been able to loot armour, with the exception of the damaged power armour that is a mission objective in Cold Water. Can looting raider armour be confirmed? And if it can be done, is there anyway to encourage the game to allow it? ie. specific way to kill enemies, etc. I can see that raider armour is useless, but I've always wondered if it could be done. --Keeper3 13:45, 24 May 2006 (EDT)

I'm not sure, as I'm not really into FOT... Maybe it's generally disabled and yet sometimes possible due to bugs... Ausir 16:20, 24 May 2006 (EDT)

The Pitt Raider Armor[]

Hey, should we add information regarding raider armor from The Pitt to this page or create a new one called Pitt Raider Armor? Werewolfhell 14:32, 15 April 2009 (UTC)

Good question. The current status of The Pitt raider armor pages is actually quite poor, all of the pages are copy/paste stubs and don't really have much hope of expanding past that. Unless this article is eventually dissolved, I recommend that the Pitt Raider Armor articles be turned into redirects to this page where a large table can be placed that copies down all of the weights and bonuses on the armor. However, unique armor given to the player as a reward for collecting ingots (listed on this article) should be given special treatment. Either they must have their own article/s, or have a special, smaller table/section on this article. When you're editing this article don't forget they are separate. :) --96.243.180.70 09:35, 9 May 2009 (UTC)

Hand-me-down Raider armor[]

I am certain I have seen this in FO3. It was in an outdoor shack somewhere in the wasteland. It may or may not have been on a raider, I think it was on a dead raider that was already dead before I arrived.

Painspike?[]

The page itself says the male variant of the Raider Painspike Armor has a "radiator" on on the chest, however, it looks a whole lot like a cheese-grater. Anyone else notice this?

I think it is a cheese grater since the female version uses flour sifters for the bra cups.

Blastmaster Helmet[]

Is anybody aware of any confirmed locations of the Blastmaster Helmet. I'm currently in the process of going to everrryyyyyyy known Raider location in order to find one, which is rather annoying, so if anybody can help me in this, thanks. StarfishCostume 12:58, February 2, 2010 (UTC)
The most prominent that I have found to collect them is Kaelyn's Bed and Breakfast. The raiders that respawn there always have at least one equipped the a BlastMaster Helmet, and a chance of up to two more.Kale Nekona 23:46, February 21, 2010 (UTC)

Glitches[]

I noticed while playing today, that a Raider Blast Master Helmet can be worn with the Lucky Shades, with no ill effects or bugs. I don't know if this is a bug in itself, but I think it is very useful, as it adds to the bonuses of the Blasmaster Helmet by giving you an extra luck point.Kale Nekona 01:51, February 21, 2010 (UTC)

Female Painspike Armor[]

Anyone notice that the sifters that make up the breastplate of the female painspike armor are semi transparent and you can actually see the outline of the character's brests through them? -Some Dude

You can't see the breasts through the stock version of the armor. You can clearly see them through the versions included in most body replacers, well, more clearly the lighter the character's skin is. --Kris User Hola 22:23, October 7, 2010 (UTC)

What do you mean body replacers? You I have the Xbox 360 version and they are transparent. 98.209.199.80 05:49, November 24, 2010 (UTC)

Fallout: New Vegas Painspike[]

How come there is no mention of the painspike armour being in New Vegas? I have seen it many times in my travels and I'm curious why it isn't there or even on the actual NV raider armour page? Mr Zurkon 02:28, January 14, 2011 (UTC)
