Update

Hey guys, updated this to coincide with the Overhaul Project, hope I did an okay job. I dunno if someone wants to get rid of the Stub thing now, I'm not gonna in case it's still not enough info. Dhakkel 18:01, September 27, 2009 (UTC)

Bugs

So I had a cool bug with him in my current game, after talking my way into letting me pass, he seemed to find me irresistable - he would constantly walk towards me and initiate dialogue when within range. Problem was, he'd never have anything interesting to say, and as soon as I said goodbye he would initiate again.

I had quicksaved after talking to him initially, so I loaded that game, and watched, and lo-and-behold he was already bugged. I had no other saves recently, so I decided to put up with it. I walked around him and ran into The Family's hideout.

He zoned in behind me, so I quickly ran and did the quest with Vance and Ian, then ran back - he was climbing the elevator towards me! I jumped over him and ran out.

Outside of Meresti, I killed some Raiders, when suddenly a new friendly appeared on my radar. Guess who it was? He had followed me all the way out of the subway tunnels.

I fast travelled away, and forgot about him for the longest time. Many, many in-game months later, I was doing the Super Duper Mart quest, and had just wiped out the entire place with the aid of the trusty Protectron within, when more gunplay started. I aimed for the doorway, but it wasn't a Raider. It was Robert shooting at the Protectron. I decided to end it, and totalled him then and there.

Later, I went back to Arefu and unfortunately Ian was hostile towards me. But still, I no longer need to visit the Family so I don't really mind. What an unstoppable force! Dhakkel 00:39, September 28, 2009 (UTC)
