Should he be considered a merchant?[]
He is not listed as a merchant on his page or on the merchants page, but he sold me weapons, ammo, misc (casing), and aid. I have only visited him once, but he had a 10mm Pistol with ammo, some casings, stimpaks (both regular and super) and a Doctor's Bag. He had 2400 caps. Confirmed in PC v140525. he sell me 10mm pistol, 10mm rounds, stim and super stim, and casing. No doctor bag. 2400 bags. Will return later to see if he's refreshed. I am liked by NCR. Returned twice. First time there's only two kind of stims. Second time got five above and a doctor bag.
