Skill stats[]

Can someone add a skills/stats per stage table for Sulik? I'd do it myself but I don't know where to obtain this info. 75.23.252.148 16:02, 1 May 2009 (UTC)

A thought: Sulik describes the village his sister goes to trade at as being attacked by evil warriors with some kind of energy weaponry. We know that Sulik's village is on the Pacific coast, presumably somewhere near Navarro. Presumably, Sulik's sis went to another nearby village. Perhaps this village wasn't attacked by slavers at all: perhaps it was within some kind of "security perimeter" around Navarro, and the Enclavers decided to kill or enslave all the villagers so that the villagers' hunting parties wouldn't come across Navarro and spread rumors which would eventually make their way to power brokers nearby, like the Shi, BOS, NCR, etc? Energy weaponry sounds a bit high-tech for the Slavers' guild. All Metzger had was a shotgun, and most of his guards had 10mm pistols! Jules 01:29, 15 Mar 2005 (GMT)

{910}{slk69}{One survivor. Dude was in bad shape. Said evil warriors came with magic torches. Fire would lick tribe warriors and they'd go to the spirit.}

Looks more like flame throwers than energy weapons to me - and these were far more common... Ausir 14:02, 15 Mar 2005 (GMT)

Oops... the flamethrowers didn't occur to me, probably because I never use them, or something. Sounds more likely.Jules 16:58, 15 Mar 2005 (GMT)

"Sulik cannot use grenades, although he has points in the skill." I found this is the readme of Killap's unofficial Fallout 2 patch: "Edited party.txt so Sulik and Lenny can now use grenades. Didn't seems like there was any reason that they should not have been able to do so before. This has been tested with Sulik and he uses them just fine. He is pretty good with them too." --Amitakartok 21:59, 1 March 2009 (UTC)

Fallout 2 Restoration Project[]

Didn't the Restoration Project add the ability to rescue Sulik's sister? I've not yet tried it, since I don't have Fallout 2 installed currently, but I remember a friend eagerly describing that aspect. Can someone with more experience confirm this? rendorax 15:52, 4 March 2009 (UTC)

---Yeah killap's RP does add a lot of content that was originally cut from the game, the quest to rescue Sulik's sister is there along with his village as a place you can visit. It's on the world map coastline just south of arroyo. You can ask him where his village is when you pay off his debt and it will update your pipboy with the location.

Restoration Project adds additional weapons?[]

Aside from the grenade example above, I found another example of the RP expanding Sulik's usefulness. When I was exploring the Redding tunnels and we ran into a pair of aliens, Sulik pulled out the rocket launcher I left in his inventory with the belief that he can't use it! Luckily he didn't fire it... but then he equipped the M60 I also left in his inventory and even fired it (teamkilling me with a non-critical point-blank burst doing WAY over 100 damage...)! When I told him to use best weapon, he chose the M60. Therefore, I believe the Restoration Project gives Sulik the ability to use Big Guns. I'm now planning to give him a Flamethrower in order to test that theory in a random encounter.

Vic on the other hand still can't seem to be able to use anything with the large gun animations. He's a crack shot with the Solar Scorcher but won't equip a plasma rifle no matter what.--Amitakartok 19:55, February 29, 2012 (UTC)

Combat stats mistake?[]

I noticed an inconsistancy and I do not know which number is correct. Currently, the article contradicts itself: "At his maximum level he has 12 Action Points, […]" "Maximum AP: 13" Sevrandy (talk) 05:51, December 5, 2013 (UTC)

Bug with Powered Armor[]

This memory is from a very long time ago, but I remember having issues with Sulik if he was wearing powered armor when he leveled up. It breaks his strength or something. I think it only happens if his strength goes over 10 at level up. I don't remember the details, or the exact effects, but I remember it being a problem, so I always avoided putting powered armor on him until he's fully leveled.
