Operation Anchorage[]

How can the soldiers in Operation Anchorage wield Super Sledges if the Weapon was invented/manufactured by the Brohterhood of Steel, who didn't exist until after the Great War?--Sentinel 101 16:45, 11 February 2009 (UTC)

The article says manufactured - not invented, so I think they are just reproducing pre-war tech, though could be wrong, I never played 1 or 2. Alternatly it is pointed out in Oporation Ancorage that there were many things General Chase added to the ancorage simulation that were outright fabrications. The Chimera tanks for one, possibly vetibirds, he was obviosly obsesed with the glory of the bettle, or his country, or somthing, so the hammers may have been a prototype at the time that he liked.

Car part?[]

This looks like it's made out of a car part, possibly a driveshaft? Can anyone confirm this? Atomic645 22:20, 31 May 2009 (UTC)

Broken Steel - Overlord Super Sledge[]

In Broken Steel, the Overlords actually use a new and seperate version of the Super Sledge (DLC03WeapSuperSledge), which is identical to the normal Super Sledge, including the name, except that it has an enchantment which grants it an addition 25 damage. Note that I'm not talking about the "Discharge Hammer". This weapon is indeed in the game, but hard to notice because it has the same name as the normal weapon. Should this be part of the Super Sledge article? Or should it have it's own page? Artificeren 20:46, 10 June 2009 (UTC)

If I recall correctly, the additional damage only works if the weapon is used against the player. If the player has it, it behaves just like any other Super Sledge. -- Porter21 (talk) 00:25, 11 June 2009 (UTC)
Oh, ya, I didn't notice that before. OK, so I still think there should be a note somewhere about this, but I guess a note on the standard Super Sledge page would be appropriate since it's essentially the same weapon for the player. Artificeren 01:37, 11 June 2009 (UTC)

What makes it so high tech. looks like a hammer that has been moulded into a different shape . Great big woop. Bollox. plus in a world with guns the idea of people running around with hammers is retarded.--King Cog 15:51, 11 August 2009 (UTC)

Discharge hammer?[]

I bellive i aquired the discharge hammer. Its name was a regular super sledge but it's effects said -25 hp. I do not remember how i got it but I dont notice the effects. Can anyone confirm this. I have a 360.—Preceding comment was unsigned. Please sign your posts with ~~~~!

It's not the Discharge Hammer. Super Mutant Overlords carry a special version of the Super Sledge with the effect you described (otherwise it's identical with a normal Super Sledge). The effect only works when the weapon is used against the player. -- Porter21 (talk) 11:47, September 25, 2009 (UTC)
