NCR Attack[edit source]

Whenever I wear this armor the NCR attack me. I double checked and it says it is the plain version of the armor. I tried buying a new one and they still attack me any suggestions?

T-51b is the Brotherhood of Steel faction armor. Since the NCR don't like the Brotherhood of Steel, they will attack you on sight. However, regular Power Armor doesn't result in NCR attack. Best regards, Kastera talk 01:14, March 18, 2011 (UTC)

One Hundred Trillion Years[edit source]

The article states the suit hold enough fuel for 100 trillion years. Is this true or just another case of vandalism? Best regards, Kastera talk

2500 Joules of kinetic impact[edit source]

Where does this come from? This can't be correct as a .308 round has 3,600 Joules of energy. If the armor can't stop a rifle round, how is it capable of taking out squads of infantry/raiders?

It comes from an obtainable file in Fallout 1(Power armor specs). But yeah, it's part of the general inconsistency in the portrayal of Power Armor the whole series has. Dr. Lobotomy 17:52, July 26, 2011 (UTC)

The Pentagon[edit source]

"Even in the Pentagon, ostensibly the heart of American military power, most if not all power armor suits were of the T-45d line. While this discrepancy is unexplained, speculation suggests that T-51b units were in higher concentration in the west, possibly due to its proximity to the Chinese battlefront."

The Pentagon is the central control center, not a supply depot. Why would it have stocks of state-of-the-art T-51b armor? I think it makes more sense that it would have some sets of older T-45d armor in storage, waiting to be either sold as surplus or assigned to other use (perhaps to the National Guard, for example).
