Ok, so, this page claims the Tesla cannon can be found at the Crashed Vertibird. The page for the unique variant, the Tesla-Beaton Prototype, also says it's found at the Crashed Vertibird, along with the page for the location confirming that. I went to the location, and found the Tesla-Beaton instead of the normal cannon. So either the Tesla cannon isn't there, which means that needs to be removed from this page, or you find the Tesla-Beaton with the Wild Wastland trait, which should be noted on the page for that weapon and on the location page, along with saying that you find the Tesla Cannon without the trait. And on a less related note, the GECK was released pretty close to launch, which people can use to find the raw stats of an item quickly, with no science required and no risk of perks messing it up. Why do a lot of pages STILL not have the proper stats listed? Do I need to be the one to go on a spree of looking stuff up in the GECK and editing the wiki? Konork 21:38, October 22, 2010 (UTC)

Availablilty

It looks like this is ONLY available as a random item at Silver Rush based on my deep digging through leveled lists in the GECK. There's a lot of unused leveled lists, but there's one set of nested leveled lists that leads to a vendor container, and that container is placed in the Silver Rush. --Kris User Hola 04:52, October 26, 2010 (UTC)

The Great Khan armorer sold me one, but just the once. Presumably because of her F3 style restocking (as mentioned on her article) bringing in some very random items. MayaMayhem 21:39, July 5, 2011 (UTC)

There is one at the brotherhood of steel bunker also the tesla beaton is a unique version of the tesla cannon

Jury Rigging?

We don't seem to have any list of items the Tesla cannon or its unique version can be repaired with using Jury-Rigging.

sound change

the article claims that the firing sound was changed from Broken Steel, but the page for this one and the Fo3 version have the same sound file, so which one's wrong?

Jury Rigging Testing

I've tested by having every non DLC weapon in my inventory and there are no options at all to Jury Rig this item. It can only be repaired by itself or its unique variant.
