On PC. Cannot find the ledger in dermot's room. S'not like it's a huge room...
nvm. found it.
Ledger[]
I too was unable to find the ledger. Can somebody say specifically where it is? Sir Jcd 18:40, November 20, 2010 (UTC) Scratch that. Was looking in Marco's room by mistake. Sir Jcd 18:44, November 20, 2010 (UTC)
- Problem is most of the ledgers just look like generic pre-war books. Same with the NPCs. I spent ages looking for the "boss" of the Omertas, and he was just a generic NPC - his clone was sitting next to him on the couch! Easy to miss.
Pretty Sara's Med-X[]
Anyone else not receive the med-x mentioned in the article? I showed Pretty Sara the evidence and she went off on her spiel about Saint James and Dermot being done for, but no med-x. Servonut 18:42, March 14, 2011 (UTC)
- Yeah, same here, a bit late reply but also no Med-X...should I remove the info regarding that?

Update on Reported Bug[]
In the article it mentions you cannot do this quest if you complete Three-Card Bounty. This, at least for me, is inaccurate. They weren't there before taking the Quest but upon accepting Coyotes they appeared as usual. --Burkenation 17:13, August 18, 2011 (UTC)
I can confirm this also was basically true for me. I completed Three Card Bounty prior to even going to the Aerotech Park and had no trouble completing the quest, aside from the usual problems when talking to Parker (having to change armor affiliation to make him offer the correct conversation options). I'd recommend removing the 'Three Card Bounty' issue from the bugs section if it can be consistently debunked. --Incrognito 20:41, August 18, 2011 (UTC)
When talking to Captain Parker, his greeting is randomized. You may need to talk to him several times before he asks if you found any evidence on Dermot. -- 20:41, August 28, 2011 (UTC)
Boone[]
was just wondering if boone has anything to say if you do this quest
Optional confrontation with The Coyotes[]
After discovering the pieces of evidence, the optional objective of confronting Saint James and Dermot is activated. At this point, the following steps depends on the duo being found close together or otherwise.
- Case a)
When the two are in close vicinity of each other, perhaps standing close to the entrance to the Co-op, talking to Dermot first and telling him about what was found in their rooms, is enough to trigger immediate hostility of the pair. If Saint James is talked first, telling him about the teddy bear first, will not trigger immediate hostility. It's necessary to engage again dialog with Saint James and tell him also about Dermot's ledger. Only then, Saint James will scream to his partner to be on the alert and the duo will turn hostile, attacking the Courier. Interestingly, Confronting Saint James with Dermot's ledger right away, will provoke immediate hostility.
After Saint James or Dermot become hostile to The Courier, resolving the fight will result in the optional objective being acknowledged. Only the final objective marker to report back to Cpt. Parker is active at this point.
- Case b)
This might happen if the hour is late and Dermot, Saint James or both have walked back to their room to sleep. The duo is separated and must be confronted separately. Unverified.
In summary, unless Saint James and Dermot are provoked to turn hostile to the Courier and henceforth dealt with, the optional confrontation objective isn't acknowledged and the map marker pointing to SJ/Dermot will remain active, along with Cpt. Parker final report objective, until the quest gets completed. Om3ro (talk) 12:31, June 11, 2013 (UTC)
, Ultimate Edition.Another work-around if Captain Parker won't talk to you about it[]
Just thought I'd mention, I had the bug wherein I got the evidence, confronted the slavers and killed them, and then went back to Parker to finish the quest and there was no dialogue to say that I did what I was supposed to do. I had not yet finished the unmarked quest where you find evidence of Kieth cheating at cards, so I went and did that, and when I came back to show Parker the marked deck of cards, he was quite happy to talk about the slavers and finish that quest, and then move on to taking care of Keith. I'm not sure of the rules for adding something like that to the article, but it worked for me, and is a much quicker solution than going to find some 'gang' clothing to put on if you don't already have some, so maybe it'd be useful? For the record, I'm on the xbox, if that matters. Obax42 (talk) 04:22, August 6, 2014 (UTC)
^^Confirmed, I'm on Xbox too. I had just finished Left My Heart too, so I was trying to come back to Aerotech Office Park and finish them both in one fell swoop. Parker gives you both missions outright, but only the portion of dealing with the Westside slavers is marked. The unmarked portion (see Keith's Caravan Charade) does include notes however, and I went to see Parker after got the Caravan Deck, AND passed both the speech and barter checks with Keith. I believe you only needed to actually do 1 of those things, so not sure if that impacts it. He just shoots the poor guy anyway.--HanataSanchou (talk) 22:01, March 2, 2016 (UTC)
