Possible PC Bug

I pickpocketed the key from her, but the Metal Box no longer gave the prompt to use her key. It just became an Average difficulty locked box. Could not open it since I did not increase Lockpicking.

Clarify Purchase-Price Discount

The page indicates that the Thrust Control Mondules can be bought from Old Lady Gibson for 500 caps, or at a 50% discount with a "barter or Speech check". May the page clarify at what Barter and Speech levels this discount applies? In addition, the Come Fly With Me page calls these Thruster Controllers. What is the real name?
