What does reduced mean

Can anyone give a percentage or something? 'Reduced' is not clear enough I think. I don't know if it's possible to fetch that info; but I'm on XBOX so I'm sure it is impossible for me... --The Bart 13:57, December 4, 2010 (UTC)

0.8x damage modifier, aka 20% reduction. --Kris User Hola.jpg 15:01, December 4, 2010 (UTC)
Thanks! That means the effects of the Small Frame trait are nulled after becoming crippled 50 times, witch makes it much more appealing. Worth noting in both articles?--The Bart 18:30, December 4, 2010 (UTC)

The effects of Small Frame aren't exactly nullified, because the perk reduces 20% the chance of your limbs becoming crippled and Small Frame adds 25% chance that your limbs becomes crippled. Yes, it's only 5%, but you have to be carefull in the long run, specially in hardcore mode. Brfritos 16:15, January 18, 2011 (UTC)

80% of 125% = 100% (4/5ths of 5/4); this perk exactly negates the Small Frame penalty. 00:37, May 17, 2011 (UTC)
Additionally, it's incorrect to say Small Frame increases the chance of your limbs being crippled by 25% (or that Tough Guy reduces it) - neither perk directly affects the chances of limbs being crippled, they just increase/decrease the damage a limb receives when hit. 00:43, May 17, 2011 (UTC)
