Proctor Teagan (TG-477PR) is the quartermaster aboard the Prydwen in 2287.
Background
The quartermaster of the ship, locked in a cage on the rear side of the main deck to ensure that what he takes care of doesn't get lost. Teagan is a pleasant man, who also works on the Brotherhood's ordnance. In fact, he is the man responsible for designing Maxson's battlecoat, a personalized piece of attire fit for an Elder of the Brotherhood.[1]
