A Tenpenny resident, or Tenpenny Tower resident is one of the many unnamed people who reside in Tenpenny Tower in Fallout 3.

Background[edit | edit source]

Tenpenny residents are static NPC's that add color to Tenpenny Tower. They may disappear and be replaced by ghoul counterparts, depending on the route taken for the quest Tenpenny Tower. If te Lone Wanderer kills everyone in Tenpenny Tower, both inside and out, Tenpenny Tower residents will still spawn around the tower until the tower is taken over by ghouls. Though not much is known about their past, what can be assumed is that they somehow struck it rich in the Wasteland, as Tenpenny's rent is not cheap.

Tenpenny Tower: If the Lone Wanderer resolves the problems by letting the ghouls into the tower, the feral ghouls will kill every single (human) Tenpenny resident in the building. They are then replaced with ghoul counterparts.
