Every issue of Tesla Science Magazine you collect adds a rank in the Tesla Science perk, which grants a slight increase to Critical hit damage with Energy weapons.

There are nine issues of Tesla Science, each of which grants another rank of the Tesla Science perk, which causes energy weapons (including radiation weapons) to permanently inflict an extra 5% critical hit damage. With all issues collected, the bonus totals 45%

Mass Fusion buildingOn the computer bank, ninth floor southeast mezzanine room, upper offices above the glass floor.
Poseidon EnergyOn the metal desk with the Bobblehead near the steamer trunk, in the central metal catwalk hut.
Reeb MarinaOn the wooden bench in the kitchen of the warehouse, near the birthday sweetroll.
University PointUpon entering the building, climb the two sets of stairs on your left and then enter the room and go through another doorway. There should be a large chalkboard on the wall, and the book is to the left of that.
Rocky CaveIn Virgil’s Laboratory on a broken fridge, just left of Virgil’s terminal.
