- If the Chosen One speaks to him, he'll offer to train them in Unarmed combat if their Agility is at least 6. This will raise the Unarmed skill to 40% if it's below that, otherwise to 55%. If the skill is already at 55% or higher, there is no bonus. He also carries a bag of healing powder, which can be bartered for before training.

Behind the scenes
- His name was changed in the Fallout 2 patch. In the unpatched game, he is called Standing Fist, which may be an allusion to the character "Stands With A Fist" in Dances with Wolves.
- He is named after Łukasz Kawarski, the second place winner of the Fallout trivia contest.
