The Armageddon Rag was a Project V13 (canceled Fallout Online) newsletter, sent out to those who followed up on the Project V13 teaser. The email was sent by a Mr. Handy from "Harold@bonsai.fallout-on-line.com". It was written mostly by Mark O'Green, with some parts contributed by Chris Taylor.

It is presented as an in-universe magazine with short stories about "true" adventures of people in the Wasteland, as well as things like Church of Harold brochure. Starting with the third issue, it is presented on a screen of a RobCo PIP-Pad. The third issue is also the first one in which gameplay info (like playable ghouls) started to be announced.
