Elaine was captured shortly before the Warrior's arrival as part of a group of humans. She may have lived in Quincy, at least for some time.[1]. She looks almost human, but has all the abilities of a ghoul. When the Warrior liberated her, she reveals that General Barnaky is also in this area, and that the robots did something terrifying to him.

"Barnaky! Dat's it! That mean ol bastard actually spat on me when they hauled his ass in here and he certainly ain't got no kind word for no ghouls.
