Thomas is an instructor, focusing on helping Initiates learn the delicate art of warfare. He is an experienced warrior with a knack for teaching people. He jokingly refers to himself as gramps, though he isn't quite that old.

- Watching the entire combat lesson Thomas gives is worth 500 Experience points, +5% Melee Weapons and +5% Unarmed skills (only the 500xp are marked in the text window). The player character must be near the exercise mat.

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]
- Originally, the player would have been able to ask Thomas to train them after clearing the matter with Talus. The training would allow the player to improve some of their combat skills, but the dialogue was never properly implemented.

Thomas appears only in Fallout.
