Tim Hume is a developer who worked at Interplay Entertainment on Fallout as the Mac programmer. Among other activities he developed Mac version of cross-platform, OS-abstraction programming library used by the game. He was also responsible for optimizing disk access via disk-caching algorithm, porting sound & graphics, and developing some UI components.
