Background[]
Located near Interstate 15 and Zion National Park, Randall Clark first traveled to Toquerville in October 2077, shortly after the Great War. He found a National Guard truck crashed near the city and, after returning to Zion on October 28, briefly considered going back to the truck to gather supplies but did not end up doing so.[1]
Clark returned to the city in 2100 to gather medical supplies, in preparation for the upcoming birth of his son with Sylvie.[2][3]
