At the confluent of the Charles River and Mystic River into Boston Harbor is the site of this Crashed Vertibird.

Layout[edit | edit source]
Stuck just in front of a ferry dock in North End, this barge has been here for decades ever since the tugboat sank. The tugboat is empty apart from the bed frames and crates in the main room and the consoles in the cabin. A makeshift ramp connects the barge with the dock, on the dock lies several wrecked vehicles; a Pick-R-Up with three crates in the bed, and a coupe.
The barge itself is tilting west, dragged down by the weight of the partially sunken barge. On the west side are two blue shipping containers, on the north side is the wreck of a Vertibird. It lies on its right side, between it and the open shipping container it no doubt crashed into is an ammo box. Inside said shipping container is a wooden crate, another ammo box, and the end-of-dungeon trunk. Going east, past the blue shipping container, are three infantry fighting vehicles scattered on the deck. Between one and the mass of stacked blue shipping containers is a power armor cage – locked Novice. The southern topmost shipping containers is accessible, inside is another ammo box and an automatic combat rifle on one of the crates.
After climbing up the containers one can enter the Vertibird. Inside is the skeleton of the pilot, lying sprawled on the canopy of the opposite controls. Next to his right hand is his yellow flight helmet. Against the ceiling lies stacked crates and a barrel to climb back out of the aircraft.
The bottom of the harbor around the barge is surrounded by detritus and the wrecks of vehicles. At the northwest end is a shipping container and the northeast is the torn wing from the Vertibird.
