- Obtaining a US government supply requisition holotape activates the repeatable quest Request Government Air Drop. This holotape can be used at an emergency broadcast terminal at a relay tower to summon a government aid drop. When inserted into a Pip-Boy 2000 Mark VI, it only displays the message transcribed above.
- As of patch 1.2.1.18, the player character must be level 10 or higher in order to acquire this holotape.
