When Fallout 3 came out I saw it as an opportunity to play a game like Oblivion but with a more futuristic feel to it. I am also an avid modder. Although I have not modded Fallout 3 on the PC (my PC can't handle it) I have modded Oblivion (ultimately similar) so if you have any questions feel free to ask.
